Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Quince Ensemble will always be in the process of looking deeply at the inner-workings of our organization to better understand the ways in which we can improve. We are an active member of the D.E.I. collective - New Music Equity Action - and have pledged to audit our past (and future) programming and education initiatives, as well as board and organization structure and personnel/guest artists. We are committed to the long-term responsibility of equity in the arts, including the transparency and accountability that it requires.
